i have to make a slideshow and put it on dvd and give it to people , and i was wondering what type of dvd (dvd+r or dvd-r) is most common that dvd players can read because i know there are some dvd players that are picky.
yeah, i am making a slideshow movie with windows movie maker.
don’t worry any writable are re-writable dvd will work. but the dvd player should support jpg/jepg/Kodak reader. then only your slide show dvd will play. other wise it wont. why cant you arrange all pics and make a dvd moive.
if have any question abt this you can mail me at bsnegi91@yahoo.com

only certain model laptops had this problem. Almost all DVD players works on DVD + – R. what you can do is create both copies of DVD and if some one says it doesn’t work they can exchange it other users or you can change it.
give me atleat one model of DVD player which had this problem.
if the slide show is less than 650MB then you can put it in a regular CD
